Sometimes you might get a value back from our API and it is not the same as the value you are seeing on some charting service – Trading View for example.
We and all our users have tested and used the indicators thoroughly, so most often the issue in not an error in our calculations, but comparing with a value on a different timeframe or a different candle for example.
Then there is always a possibility that we have made a mistake somewhere – please get in touch with us using the contact form and let us know the details of your API call and how the value does not match the values you are expecting. We’ll be happy to investigate.
